Liquitex®free-style™ Filbert brushes are professional brushes with vegan-friendly synthetic hair which is slightly stiff, comparable to a first-quality hog bristle. It has excellent snap & spring, and retains its shape.
These brushes are designed for acrylic paints - heavy body or otherwise - and acrylic mediums. But they are also ideal for oil colours - especially pastose work - and fatter temperas and casein.

TIP: The long, round handle is perfectly balanced. It has a thickening immediately under the ferrule, a slightly thinner part in the middle and a slightly thicker flared end - so you always have maximum control over your brush handling, even if you hold your brush by the end.
