MAIMERI DAMMAR VARNISH 664 is a finishing varnish based on a traditional natural resin obtained from trees of the Dipterocarpaceae family. It does have a tendency to yellow over time.

This varnish is made from dammar resin (40%), turpentine oil and alcohols. MAIMERI DAMMAR VARNISH 664 increases the gloss and brightness of paintings.

NB The normal amber colour and the possibility of slight sedimentation do not affect the final result.
