pébéo ORIGIN ACRYLICS Iridescent Medium is a highly pigmented additive medium for creating iridescent and metallic shimmering effects. It can be mixed directly with acrylic paints to create a light to intense sheen.
TIP! Depending on the desired effect, we recommend adding approximately 10% to 50% acrylic paint.
The medium can also be used on its own: when applied with a palette knife, it creates textured, material-emphasising surfaces, while a thin coat as a top coat gives the entire work a fine iridescent shimmer. The water-based formula makes it easy to use and is part of pébéo's ecologically optimised Origin Auxiliaries series, which has a significantly reduced carbon footprint.
