Pentel Oil Pastel Sets Ø 10mm

These Pentel Oil Pastel Sets contain selections of these high quality oil pastels suitable for schools and recreation centres. They are suitable for use on paper, cardboard and canvas.

Pentel Oil Pastels are 60mm long and 10mm in diameter. The colours are intense and bright and are easy to fade with a finger. The colour can be diluted with turpentine.
