Stillman & Birn™ Alpha Series Premium Sketchbooks are flexible, yet strong. They have rounded corners to prevent the edges from fraying. They are suitable for dry media, light washes and ink.
The medium grain white 150 gsm paper has internal and surface sizing, allowing it to accept light washes as well. The sketchbook covers are dark red.
These Stillman & Birn™ Alpha Series Premium Sketchbooks are available in different formats: 62981 and 62982 have soft covers and sewn bindings, and contain 46 sheets, 62979 has a hard cover and is spiral bound. It contains 50 sheets.
