These eco-friendly TOMBOW® Ki-Monogatari Pencils create a harmonious connection with nature. Ki-Monogatari means 'wood story' in Japanese.

The pencils are made using the innovative finger-joint technique, where short pieces of wood are interlocked into each other like fingers to form the pencil. This is done using wood offcuts from previous productions. And that's not all - the packaging is made from recycled paper and the leads are partly made from recycled graphite!
