The ABIG Enamelling Kiln 180 TH has been one of the most popular and widely used enamelling ovens for many years. This powerful oven has a high capacity, with heating around the muffle. The oven door is insulated and heat-resistant.

Suitable for firing techniques such as enamelling on copper or glass and glass fusing, with a temperature range of 400° C to 1100° C. It can also be used to a limited extent for ceramic applications — such as biscuit firing, glaze firing and firing porcelain paint, transfers or lustres — for small objects, test plates and pendants. Can also be used for annealing and hardening metals and tools.

This kiln has an integrated temperature controller and a temperature gauge.

A temperature of approx. 900° C is reached after about 30 to 40 minutes. Allow about 50 to 60 minutes to reach the maximum temperature of 1100° C. NB These temperatures and times depend on various variables and are only indicative!
