Awagami Shiramine Japanese Paper is a very high quality, tear-resistant Washi paper which is ideal for printing, calligraphy, watercolour and pastel.

All Awagami papers have very typical features that offer the painter, printer or calligrapher numerous possibilities. This Awagami Shiramine Japanese Paper is a natural white paper made from 60% kozo and 40% wood pulp. It is smooth and thick, pH neutral and weighs 110gsm. Sheets measure 64 x 97cm.
