These Chinese Bamboo Calligraphy brushes are ideal for traditional ink painting and calligraphy, and are also suitable for watercolour and silk painting.
Chinese Bamboo Calligraphy brushes come in 2 different versions, both of which feature very good water absorption capacity, and a hanging loop.
The 2 types of Chinese Bamboo Calligraphy brush are:
- Real hair brush (81949) made from pure white goat hair. The total length is approx 26.5 cm with a 5cm tip. The tip and the shaft both have a diameter of 1cm. The ferrule and shaft end are light wood.
- Mixed bristle brush (81950: made from a mixture of genuine white goat hair and synthetic fibres. The total lengthis approx 27.5 cm with a 6cm tip. The tip diameter is 1cm and the shaft 0.6cm. The ferrule and shaft end are black plastic.
