Clairefontaine GOLDLINE® Hardbound Sketchbooks are simple and elegant. They are particularly suitable for dry techniques like pencil, charcoal, felt pen etc but can also be used for wet techniques such as gouache and watercolour.

These Clairefontaine GOLDLINE® Hardbound Sketchbooks contain 64 sheets of acid-free, 140 gsm paper with a uniform fine grain. They have hardback matt black covers which are embossed on the back with the Goldline logo.

Clairefontaine GOLDLINE® Hardbound Sketchbooks are available with either white or ivory pages.

Very hard wearing book - Lovely book with a nice heavy paper. Takes a lot of abuse. Good for acrylic, collage, inks and markers. The pages stay in despite soaking with watercolour washes and so on. The covers are hard wearing. I use them for mixed media work and they hold together very well. I would recommend them.
