Gerstaecker XL Floater Frames are made of unvarnished Abachi wood. They are perfect for use with Gerstaecker XL canvases up to 40 mm thick.
These Gerstaecker XL Floater Frames have a profile width of 54 mm, a profile height of 55 mm, and a rebate of 31 mm x 45 mm.
Please note:
1. When purchasing these floater frames from GreatArt, select the frame fractionally larger than your canvas to take into account the shadow gap (so, for example, select the 32 cm x 42 cm frame for a 30 cm x 40 cm canvas so you have a shadow gap (distance between canvas and frame) of 1 centimetre on all sides
2. Canvas Holders/Clips to secure the canvas to the frame are not included. We sell from 3 mm up to 25 mm, see item code 81727.
