These Léonard Wash brushes series 1872RO are classic watercolour wash brushes made from imitation red sable bound in plastic quills. They are ideal for watercolour, and silk painting, thanks to their flexibility and absorption capacity.
The fibres are imitation sable hair. Selected, white cowhide ear hair is coloured in the red sable style. The structure of the cowhide ear hair not only resembles red sable hair, the tips of the hair as well as the elasticity and colour absorption are very similar too.
