Schmincke Acrylic Special Painting Gel 560 combines the possibilities of a slightly pasty, transparent soft gel with the longer open times of a retarder and thus opens up new painting possibilities!

If the painting gel is mixed with acrylic paint, it can be used like oil paint without having to forego the many positive aspects of acrylic paint.

This Schmincke Acrylic Special Painting Gel 560 is characterised by the following properties:

• excellent for large-area work
• for perfect colour transitions
• for brilliant gloss and special depth of colour
• longer paintability

If you mix the gel with the acrylic paint in a ratio of 1:1 it can be used as usual with an acrylic brush. In this way, perfect colour transitions and even colour areas can be achieved. The gel is ideal for painting clouds, sky, sea etc. It is sold in 300 ml tubs.
