Key to symbols
Of all Tri-Art™ paint lines, the premium Tri-Art™ F.Q. LOW VISCOSITY acrylic paint has the lowest viscosity — it is as fluid as water! ➽ F.Q. stands for Finest Quality — professional level!
The ingredients of this paint are as pure as possible. Only the very best pigments are used in the highest possible concentration — no fillers or extenders are used. This preserves the characteristic properties and colour strength — the chroma — of the pigments. The binder is a 100% pure acrylic emulsion.
There are transparent colours, which are excellent for applying glaze layers. And opaque colours, perfect for covering large areas and shapes, for example in your underpainting — known as blocking in. The opacity and gloss level of the colours are determined by the inherent properties of each pigment and by the pigment size. The finer a pigment is ground, the more transparent and glossy the colour. The coarser a pigment is, the more opaque and matt the colour.
It is best to use a more flexible, elastic brush, such as the Mangoesto brush from I LOVE ART.
TIP! This paint comes in a handy squeeze bottle with a dispensing spout, so you can work with precision. A mixing ball in the bottle ensures that the paint remains well mixed — just give it a shake!

➽ Tri-Art™ ★★★★★ quality — proudly Canadian!
It started as a sideline of Art Noise, an art shop and gallery in Kingston, Ontario (Canada). Acrylic paint was made by hand on a small scale at the back of the shop. And the professionals liked that paint — no gimmicks, just great paint!
