Tri-Art™ F.Q. Nepheline Gel is a semi-transparent texture medium based on a 100% pure acrylic polymer emulsion. The mineral nepheline — a silicate — has been added to this medium, creating a granular, grainy texture.

➽ F.Q. stands for Finest Quality — professional level!

You can use Tri-Art™ F.Q. Nepheline Gel on its own or mix it with acrylic paint and all other Tri-Art™ acrylic mediums. It is perfect for creating relief and working with impasto, mixed media or dry brush techniques.

TIP! If you would you like to apply a grainy, coloured base on which you can then continue working with acrylic paint, colour this medium with Tri-Art™ F.Q. LOW VISCOSITY acrylic paint. This paint is so highly pigmented that you only need a little — usually a few drops are enough!
