WINSOR & NEWTON™ Winton Bright Hog Bristle Brushes have long handles and short, flat heads for creating sharp, controlled edges and bold, defined marks.
The popular WINSOR & NEWTON™ Winton Bright Brushes for oil and acrylic paints give the strong defined strokes that you expect from a flat brush. The shorter bristles of the bright brush shape provide greater control with thicker colours and the use of large amounts of paint.
The long green wooden handles of Winton Hog Bristle Brushes are coated with five coats of paint to give them protection and provide smooth handling characteristics. Winton bristle brushes are made from selected Chinese hog bristles which are inserted by hand into seamless, corrosion resistant ferrules. The natural curvature of the pig bristles produces a resilient brush which retains its shape even under heavy use, giving the artist more control and accuracy.
