This Clairefontaine FONTAINE Semi-Glazed Watercolour Paper is ideal for all fine work, techniques and styles as well as weak-pigment colour shading.
Clairefontaine FONTAINE Semi-Glazed Watercolour Paper is 100% cotton, 300 gsm, pH neutral and free from optical brighteners. It is manufactured on a cylinder machine but the purity of the water and cotton used to make the pulp, combined with the quality and consistency of the glue coating (both in the pulp and on the surface), make this paper unique in its handmade-like finish. Using Clairefontaine FONTAINE paper is a joy because it has a great capacity for absorption and resistance to wrinkling, whilst offering excellent colour reproduction and preserving the transparency of the colours.
The blocks contain 25 sheets of paper, or the paper is available as single sheets - minimum order quantity 3 sheets.
